Shipping policy

Everything you need to know about how a SAETTO order gets to you. Short version: free worldwide shipping, dispatched in 1 to 2 business days, delivered in 7 to 14 days from dispatch.

Order processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after your order is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is on its way.

Shipping rates and delivery times

Standard delivery takes 7 to 14 days from dispatch. Shipping is free worldwide. There is no minimum order and no shipping charge is added at checkout, because delivery is already included in the product price. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

International orders

Your order ships from our fulfilment partner in China, so it crosses a border to reach you. Any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included at checkout. Most orders arrive with nothing to pay, but this varies by country and by order value, and we cannot predict or refund a charge your customs authority applies. Your parcel will carry a customs declaration showing SAETTO as the sender.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update. You can also follow your parcel at Track your order.

Lost or damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, email us at contact@saetto.com with your order number and we will make it right, as described in our Refund policy.
